Wrestling Podium Radio (WPR) is a women-led, independent wrestling media team with roots in Iran, Turkey, and Canada. We produce global wrestling coverage through interviews, podcasts, analysis, and documentary-style storytelling — all without institutional funding. Our work brings a uniquely multicultural and deeply informed perspective to the sport, shaped by over a decade of covering major international events.

Right now, our team can only afford to attend one major event per year, despite having the experience and ability to cover far more. Most of our content is created while juggling other jobs because we lack the funding to dedicate ourselves full-time to wrestling journalism.
